1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using Made in Pakistan Directory (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Who Can List
Listings are open to any Pakistan-based business including manufacturers, exporters, traders, service providers and freelancers. You must provide accurate, truthful information. We reserve the right to remove any listing that is misleading, fraudulent or inappropriate.
3. Listing Plans & Payments
We offer Free, Silver and Gold listing plans. Paid plans are activated upon receipt and manual verification of payment. Payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. No auto-renewals — you choose when to renew.
4. No Commission on Deals
We do not charge commission on any business deals made between suppliers and buyers through the Platform. The Platform only charges listing fees.
5. Buyer & Supplier Responsibility
We are a directory platform only. We do not guarantee the quality of products, fulfillment of orders, or accuracy of supplier claims. Buyers should perform their own due diligence before placing orders. Verified badges indicate our review of the supplier’s profile — not a guarantee of product quality.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not list: counterfeit or illegal goods, adult content, weapons, substances prohibited by Pakistani law, or anything misrepresenting the origin of goods.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
Made in Pakistan Directory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or from transactions between buyers and suppliers.
